These terms cover the Callfolio waitlist site at callfolioapp.com, operated by clrty studio. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Callfolio is a proof-page tool for people who rank local service sites and sell the phone calls. It is in private beta, not yet generally available. Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, particular features, or any price. We invite people to the beta at our discretion, in waves.
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clrty studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
